We have implemented a number of extra hygiene and social distancing measures in Branch to protect our staff and customers to ensure we remain open for business.
We ask our customers to utilise online services, contactless payments (Digital Wallet) and ATM’s. Please only attend our Branch if it is absolutely necessary. We need to remain open and require a healthy workforce to do so. Our temporary operating hours are 9:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday, you can call for assistance during these times on 08 8088 2199. Please remember you can access your accounts anywhere at any time via internet banking and our banking app, we will gladly assist in the activating and set-up of these digital services for you.
We also understand the impact that COVID-19 could have on you financially. The Government have announced a number of assistance packages for individuals and SME’s (Small Medium Enterprises). If you have financial concerns, please contact us early so we’re aware of your situation and can support you through it.
